As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will work closely with our team to support various HR initiatives and projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and records.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and a passion for creating positive workplace cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Availability for a 4-month internship program.
