📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and civil projects using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to ensure design integrity and avoid conflicts in the construction process.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth integration of design and construction processes.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and reviews to ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in BIM and construction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, particularly in civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified User, BIM Collaboration Forum Certified Professional).
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to the construction industry.
