📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage guest requests and inquiries, providing timely and efficient solutions.
• Assist with luggage handling and room service delivery to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Work closely with the dining team to ensure seamless service during meals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a luxury or high-end resort setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management tools.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as needed.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, including any required visa or work permit.
