As an Automation Engineer at Navitasys, you'll daily troubleshoot and optimize industrial automation systems, leveraging your expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes using PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate automation systems with machinery and equipment.
• Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel on automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in automation processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all automation projects.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in manufacturing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and optimizing industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing environments.
• Certification in industrial automation technologies (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with international partners.
