We're expanding our operations and need a dedicated Accounting Staff to help us manage our growing financial needs. You'll work closely with our finance team, using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and Excel, to maintain our financial records and support our strategic growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform accurate and timely cost accounting for all operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain and update our financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial support to the operations and management teams.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and submit necessary tax documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian is preferred.
