📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the truck logistics team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules, utilizing GPS and route planning software.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance, implementing cost-saving measures and scheduling regular servicing.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation, with a focus on truck logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP, JDE, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Certification in logistics and transportation management (e.g., CLTD, CILT, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for logistics operations in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
