📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and publishers.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate networks like CJ Affiliate or Rakuten Advertising.
• Create and manage affiliate campaigns, including creative assets and promotional materials.
• Provide ongoing training and support to affiliate partners to ensure they are successful in their roles.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Report on affiliate performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience in building and managing affiliate relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and affiliate networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in using affiliate management tools like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or similar platforms.
