In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, including property tours, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding. You'll use industry-leading tools like Yardi Enterprise and Salesforce to streamline operations and ensure seamless communication with clients. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and ensure their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing process, including property tours, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding
• Use industry-leading tools like Yardi Enterprise and Salesforce to streamline operations and ensure seamless communication with clients
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for lease
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve leasing goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of leasing efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of leasing contracts, market trends, and property management best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi Enterprise and Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
