In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, including managing the mining fleet, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of large-scale mining projects, ensuring efficient and safe execution.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing leadership and mentorship to foster a productive and supportive work environment.
• Optimize production processes, implement cost-saving measures, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Represent PT Global Mining Solutions in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining projects.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid mining license and certifications, such as Competent Person (CP) or Competent Authority (CA).
