📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Calibrate and adjust coffee machines to meet quality standards.
• Assist in installing new coffee equipment and ensuring proper setup.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in coffee equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for equipment operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coffee equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in servicing and repairing espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee equipment.
• Familiarity with brands like La Marzocco, Rancilio, and Breville is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid certification in coffee equipment servicing (e.g., SCAE, WEC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
