📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate patient care processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and healthcare standards.
• Monitor and analyze patient care metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.
• Contribute to the development of business plans and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO, HACCP, and OHSA.
• Proven experience in managing patient care processes and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
