📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans.,Conduct structural calculations and prepare cost estimates for construction projects.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure project goals are met.,Review and approve construction drawings and documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain and update project files and records.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and structural estimation.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
