📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.,Develop and maintain comprehensive service manuals and documentation for hardware products.,Conduct performance tests and reliability assessments on hardware components and systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hardware design and manufacturing processes.,Provide technical support and training to field service engineers and customers.,Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality and reliability of FRUs.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance serviceability and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware serviceability, with a focus on FRUs.,Strong understanding of hardware design, manufacturing, and testing processes.,Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for hardware troubleshooting.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Lexmark products and technologies is a plus.
