📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the quantity surveying activities for mechanical engineering projects.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost estimates and budgets.
  • Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for mechanical engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid professional certification in quantity surveying is a plus.
