📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for the crew.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics.,Coordinate with the shore-based team to ensure smooth communication and efficient logistics.,Train and mentor junior officers and crew members to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with international maritime laws and regulations.,Experience with cargo handling and ship management systems.,Knowledge of maritime safety and emergency response procedures.,Ability to work long hours, including overnight shifts and weekends.
