📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in stock management and inventory control,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their queries and purchases,Participate in promotional activities and events organized by the hypermarket,Learn and understand the various departments within the hypermarket,Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve the customer experience,Assist in the organization and execution of internal training programs for staff,Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or recent graduate,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to work during specific hours, including weekends and holidays,Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the retail industry
