Pusat Budi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our coffee business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and orders.,Provide information about our coffee products and services to potential customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer data.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in organizing and participating in coffee-related events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with coffee and coffee-related products is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
