📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source potential candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
