📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory control and medication dispensing.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescription processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmaceutical laws.
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of service.
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy administration.
- Certification in pharmacy management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP Pharmacy Management System and Epic EHR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
