📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist with patient mobility and positioning to prevent complications.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to stay updated on best practices.,Promote a safe and clean environment in the patient care area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written).,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
