📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, using this information to inform sales strategies and product offerings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.,Ensure that all retail outlets comply with company policies and procedures, and that sales practices are in line with company standards.,Participate in training and development programs for sales consultants, helping to improve their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
