📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the data entry team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.,Develop and implement data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor data quality and accuracy, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff on data entry best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Maintain and update data entry software and systems as needed.,Generate and analyze data entry reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
