FORZA Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.,Monitor client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.,Conduct regular client reviews and provide feedback to improve services and products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance to meet or exceed targets.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including CRM systems.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.,Experience with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
