📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Monitor sales performance and report to the manager,Maintain a clean and attractive store display,Assist in training new staff members,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operation,Good communication and customer service skills,Basic knowledge of inventory management,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
