Duta Jaya Spareparts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Certification in training and development is a plus
