📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic facility management plans to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our facilities in Bali.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
• Manage and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Leverage SAP Facilities Management and other advanced software tools to streamline facility operations and enhance decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for facility management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility management strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of facility management initiatives.
• Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our facilities in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facilities operations in a regional or global context.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Facilities Management and other industry-standard facility management software.
• Certifications in facilities management, such as CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) or equivalent, are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.
• Familiarity with the local regulations and best practices for facility management in Indonesia.
