Point New Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring that all purchasing activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company in the Kulon Progo area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Assist in preparing and analyzing procurement reports.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement manager in any additional tasks as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
