📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary teams to address clinical issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to enhance patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based practices and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical departments to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical governance, healthcare quality improvement, or a similar role.
• Certification in clinical governance, healthcare quality management, or a related field (e.g., Certified in Healthcare Quality, Certified in Clinical Governance).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., Joint Commission International, ISO standards).
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
