As a Patient Account Officer in Badung, Bali, you'll be responsible for managing patient admissions, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring accurate billing and financial transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient admissions, including registration, documentation, and scheduling
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely patient information
• Process and verify patient billing, including insurance claims and payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Assist in frontline operations, including patient check-in/out, and triage
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient accounting, or related roles
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding, including ICD-10 and CPT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
