📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.,Create visually stunning and innovative designs that align with brand guidelines.,Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.,Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital and print media.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in leading design projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with design tools and software relevant to the industry.
