New Leaf Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the Yogyakarta area. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and in the field. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers in the Yogyakarta area.,Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide product solutions.,Promote and sell our products effectively to increase market share.,Monitor and report sales performance to the sales manager.,Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities.,Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field sales.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Good understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
