As the Department Head, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 8.000.000 to Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with company objectives.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Manage the department's budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
