📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services or products.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance, productivity, and efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve common goals.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.,Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that may arise within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of operational and strategic planning processes.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
