📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials that are engaging and effective.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update training records and databases.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning and development goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of external training and development activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
